Telephone seat
A special seat to sit on when we talk on the phone! What a nice concept. Although ours is always taken by the cat and we have a plant where the phone should be. This one is for sale and even features the wonderfully titled “Memory Slide” where you can write your friends numbers. Very comfortable with teak frame and Emerald green velour upholstery. Very good condition.

Quadrille Tallboy
This tall chest of drawers is from G Plan’s coveted Quadrille range designed by Roger Bennett. It offers stylish, clean lines and plenty of storage. The gold G Plan stamp dates this piece pre 1965. Excellent condition.

G Plan Fresco bed head
Mid century bedheads in good condition are hard to come by so we are delighted to have this wonderful G Plan Fresco bedhead with sidetables in stock. There is enough width between the sidetables to fit a kingsize bed although it is simple to unsrew them and move them in for a double bed. Made in teak with Afromosia edging, handles and legs. Great condition.

G Plan Kelso tables
This nest of coffee tables is part of the Kelso range and features four textured, ceramic tiles on top of the largest table. Excellent.

High Teak Sideboard
This large sideboard has features galore. It has a drop down drinks cabinet with an internal light, a bureau with a pull out drawer, display area with glass sliding doors, three large drawers and a cupboard with sliding, bi-folding doors. On top of this it looks great with sculptured handles and a honey coloured teak. Great condition with one scrape on the top which is barely visible.

G Plan dining suite
This large, oval table comfortably seats six and extends, via a butterfly leaf, to provide an ample surface area. The elegant chairs are made from solid Afromsia (also know as African Teak) and the Teak lats in the backrest contrast with this nicely. The chairs have been reupholstered with a contemporary, Sky Blue fabric. Excellent condition.

G Plan Fresco high sideboard
Beautifully finished and styled, this is a quality piece with a tonne of storage. The three large drawers are flanked buy two cupboards, each with dividing shelves. Above this is a central shelf and a sliding door to the left and a drop down bar to the right. This would make a great media centre and storage unit. The Danish design influence is evident in the sculpted legs and the organic form of the handles. Very good condition with a couple of minor marks

Anglepoise Lamps
George Carwardine originally designed the Anglepoise lamp for Herbert Terry and Sons as a draughstman’s lamp in 1931 and reworked the design for the domestic market in 1935. Since then it has become a design classic and it’s unadorned functionalism and delicate proportions have been featured in many a stylish home. We have stripped and repainted some in contemporary colours Sky Blue and Lime Green. All come including bulbs. **Black and Blue lamps now sold.

Astral Starburst Clock.
This starburst clock, made by Smiths, is a great way to ad that mid century look to a room. This clock is battery operated and it’s original quartz movement is working and keeps good time. The ticking is very quiet and the sound is somehow soothing and relaxing. Very good condition.

Cesca Chairs
This model of chair was designed by famous Bauhaus designer Marcel Breuer in 1928. Originally named B 32, the model was later named after his daughter Cesca. These chairs were made in Italy for Habitat in the 70’s. Four chairs in total. Good condition with a few minor marks.

Angelpoise Desk Lamp model 1227
A vintage classic this Anglepoise lamp is the 1227 model with the heavy 2 step base. The elegance and functionality of this triple spring model is a favourite with lovers of Mid Century design. Made by Herbert Terry and Sons, England and originally designed by George Carwadine in 1935. It is in a lovely cream colour and in good condition.
